Please note that everything will be shipped within 2-4 days after you place an order. We are a small business and everything is packed in-house with love, please be patient with us.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number confirming that your order has been shipped.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-order items usually takes about 12-15 working days to be shipped after you place an order.

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is FREE for UAE and all GCC countries.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

• Shipping to UAE takes 1-2 working days. 
• Shipping to GCC takes 2-5 working days.
• Shipping Worldwide takes 4-10 working days.

 

Please Note:

• Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods and weekends.
• Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
• We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, duo cannot offer reimbursement for the package.
• Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties has to be paid by the customer.
