How to Measure

 

CHEST

Measure the chest circumference at the widest part of the chest below the underarms
WAIST Measure around the narrowest part of the waist
HIPS
Measure the circumference of the hips at their widest part, around the buttocks

 

  • Note: Measurements are taken with the garment positioned flat. To determine the total circumference, it is necessary to multiply it by two.
